Pathetic service and no reply to emails.

Upon switching to Dial Direct, the gentleman helping me was friendly and helpful. He said that i need not worry about the vehicle inspection at Glasfit whilst Lockdown was in progress. When lockdown went to level 3, i drove to Glasfit Benoni only to find out that they had closed down. When Dialdirect told me i can have my car inspected in Brakpan i asked if there was anywhere else, but they did not reply. Last week tuesday i sent 9 photographs of my vehicle in 2 emails to them . They rep**** saying i still need to send photos. The obviously only looked at 1 email. I emailed again on friday last week sending photos again. I have had no communication from them at all!!!!! Your service is pathetic to say the least!!!! I think your service is non existant Dialdirect!!!!!!! I dont even know if i am now fully insured for my vehicle!!!!!
