Pathetic service

Poor service from Dialdirect. I have made a claim on the 9th of April 2024, which was approved on the 13th of April but they didn’t give the panel beater information to carry on with the repairs. After 2 months they start with repairs only to realise that there are parts that must be ordered outside the country which they don’t even have an ETA for. Highly frustrating to deal with such people and they won’t even get back to you when you open complaints.
