PATHETIC Dial direct insurance

Even 1 start is to high to rate Dial direct. They are the worst insurance company that exist. My son was involved in a smash and grab incident which resulted in him driving into the vehicle in front of him. PATHETIC Dial direct rejected the whole claim. I can cope with the fact that my son has to fix his own vehicle and that they are not willing to refund his phone that was ****** but they even rejected the 3rd party claim. Thus, PATHETIC Dial direct is not even willing to fix the vehicle of the person he bumped in. People stay as far as you can away from Dial direct. They don't complain when they receive your installment every month but just don't claim!!!!.
