Pathetic Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dial direct is just plain pathetic !! if you don't put them on hellopeter you don't get any service. This the second time this is happening to me. I called to change my vehicle model number and the agent said they will need to remove the car and add it again. so she promised to call me that was three weeks ago. she didn't. i call again and after listening to their music for almost 10 mins some answered and the same thing like the first one. they got there huge premium yesterday as i wait for their call. The next call am cancelling my policy you pathetic my policy number is ***
