Pathetic !
Appalled by your lack of response! Geyser was rewired by YOUR appointment electrician and a safety hazard was reported. As well as the geyser not working after renewing. Made several calls with promises to address. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. I have a husband in hospital, a child that's been missing, and now I have to deal with a geyser problem. AGAIN! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! PLEASE SORT OUT !!
