Paid out claim in three days
My mountain bike got ****** three days ago. After opening a police case and filing my claim online I was contacted by Dial Direct and provided them with the details as well as required proof of purchase. I was just informed they are paying out my claim in full directly to my bank account. They turned a very unpleasant situation around and I am delighted to have chosen Dial Direct as my insurance company 7 years ago.
