Over inflated prices and no loyalty!!!

Since being a loyal customer for many years, the payback is inflated premiums which are more than double other insurance quotes received for a value of more than what i currently have insured!! After calling to complain, they reduced it to still R1000 more per month than the quotes received. Pathetic that they admit it is over inflated, but still reduce it to an inflated amount! I have hardly claimed in around 10years and this is the loyalty reward?! Bunch of ******... i am tired of Dialdirect and will be leaving them soon.
