I called Dial Direct regarding my premium for car insurance that went up while the value of my car is going down,spoke to a very humbled,knowledgable and understanding Muzi who assisted me very well. He checked my profile and fixed my account immediately. I am a very happy customer now otherwise i was about to go crazy. Dial Direct service have been the best for me so far. Thank you guys for putting smile on our face. Muzi rocks. Give that man a ...B......promotion :-)9
