Outstanding service
My call Centre agent Kgaugelo was OUTSTANDING!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, service orientated, patient and professional all at the same time! What a Star and what an advert for Dial Direct. If that is the general standard of their service why would we use any other company?! Well done Kgaugelo ! Thank you for the very pleasant and positive experience and keep up your personal standards of excellence!
