Outstanding Refund

Just cancelled my insurance on the 28 March 2022 after I sold my car. Unfortunately my premium for April had already been paid. Agent advised will be paid within 7 days. By Tuesday 5 April 2022.

As of today I am still waiting for my refund and no one cares to call me back now that something has to be paid to me. While I never missed a premium once and paid on time. Pure inconsiderate and disappointing service.

Would have to be reincarnated as a lunatic to even entertain any business offers from Dial direct.
