Online consultants unhelpful!!!
<p>I am trying to amend my vehicle cover online and am struggling with finding where to change my excess and adding another item onto my cover. I started a chat with Nwabisa and that wasn't fruitful - I accidentaly pressed the back arrow on my browser which loses the chat, then i started another with Kipling and midway he just left the chat?! I still have NO IDEA what is going on here...!!!! :(</p>

Taryn Thornton called me back regarding this query on Thursday last week and assisted me very well in informing me about my options in reducing my excess. She also promised me that I would be given 500mb data as an apology for a system error on their part regarding my being left mid conversation by the online consultants and I have still not received that data and also get no responses to my emails to her!
