Once a year all insurance premiums goes up and I phone dial direct and I spoke to a person by the name of the Zahier Zaheed Abdul and he was absolutely fantastic he helped me to bring down my installment so that I would be able to afford it and still have coverage he treated me with dignity and respect and I would recommend him to all of my friends going forward and if in future I do have to contact daildirect again I will personally specifically ask for him thank you so much Zahier you are a star, god bless
