On 3/1/23 I dealt with Nash Govender in relation to wanting to cancel my car insurance. He was very understanding and showed empathy towards my reasons for wanting to cancel. He set out to reevaluate my situation and policy and he was very thorough and knowledgeable on the products as well as the limits to what he can do for me to accommodate my concern about escalating prices for a pensioner on a fixed income. In the end he managed to bring me around to reconsider my decision and ultimately I decided to stay with DialDirect☺️
