Offer quote but not the product

Requested a quote on Hippo for a vehicle WTY. One of the quotes returned was from Dial direct for a BETTER EXTEND 4 WTY product at R 189.67 P/M. Requested them to call me back...never happened !!. Called them and was told that they do not sell the product ?? Was given another number for Innovation and was told by them that a agent from Toyota will call me, they gave me a ridiculous quote of +- R450.00 p/m. When I called dial direct again I was told they do not offer WTY products, how can Hippo return a quote from dial direct if they do not offer the service ???
