Not keen to paying claims

Horrible service! Playing hide and seek at claim stage! My claim is still not finalised after more than 1 week! Hangs up their calls when doing follow ups! Driving around with a damaged car because they are playing hide and seek instead of finalising claims! Tshwarelo Makgaba as a claims assessor has been providing horrible service! Constantly lying about giving a call back regarding feedback! DIAL DIRECT IS HORRIBLE! Highly discourage taking insurance with them.
