Not helpfull at all

I think all Insurance company's are equally useless and they employ a bunch of parrots, I want to cancell this and ask for a refund most off them are happy when you pay your monthly premium but as soon as you claim then there are extra hidden costs involved and they're mechanical services are even worse cause they are that good that they can just look at a car and see that there are problems with your shocks and the undercarriage of the car, first time in my life that I get a quote for rims that are more to repair than the rims are even worth so in conclusion I would like a call from them and I would like a full refund for wasting my time and money and getting the finger in return!
