Not happy at all

My mom is the regular driver.Yesterday I used her car and was in a freak accident where the car in the right hand lane drove over a piece of cast iron and it started spining and imbedded in to the front of the car.

Claiming this morning I was informed that that because I'm not the regular diver extra excess is applicable.We live together but just because we are not married the extra excess applis.Comprihensive cover.

So what daily direct is saying that only one person can drive the car on the policy.This was a one time thing.Im over 25 and had my licence for 13 years.

Then when I wanted to list me on the policy so this extra excess won't apply in future I was told they cant coz then I'm the regular driver so then my mom will have problems when she drives the car and if she is involved in an accident.
