Car has been in for repairs for over a month. Agreed repair time was supposed to less than a month. The insurance company says it's not their problem that there is back log. Their chosen repair company orders parts late and now I must suffer the consequences. None of the two companies want to take responsibility for the delay caused. My insurance company is not willing to do anything about the matter.
