Non-competitive Premium ( car price depreciate)

Kindly note , I tried to engage for better premium, as my cost of car decreased. Instead dial-direct increased the premium. I resort to another insurance offered a competitor price, and so I have moved on. Please refrain from any debit order deductions.

If insurance's cared for customers, they would surely maintain customers, and not to be to hasty to adjust prices, especially when car prices depreciate.
