No valid feedback

It's been almost a month since I had my house broken into. Dial direct has paid for the replacement of some of the house hold contents. We were held up at home back in 2013 and dial direct replaced Kruger coins that was ******. This time around they are refusing to. Chris Olivier, the representative claims that the Kruger coins fall under documents, coins and stamps with a maximum total payout of R3300. It's a huge loss to my husband and I. He mentioned in an email sent to us \the rules was always set that we do not cover coins"if this was the case why was it replaced back in 2013 and who authorised the claim? When did the rules change? Telling me it's the rules is just not good enough"
