no help with lawyers assigned. unwilling and bad

Dial direct appointed me a lawyer at buthelezi vilakazi attorneys. They were not only the most disgusting service I ever had, they never rep**** and eventually got what I wanted done but now being ignored by them when I offered to pay to take my matter further. Absolutely frustrating ands a useless law firm and useless service offered by dial direct! Once again am not a happy customer and would not recommend them to anyone.
