No help at all

A man aqua-plained into my car and caused an accident. From there on nothing but trouble has come from Dialdirect. The person who hit me gave me **** details, despite his cell number, and he also bribed the police so the "claim" was never filed. I had to pay the excess despite it not being my fault as well as the panel beaters that Dialdirect sent my car to, they stole my brand new spare tyre, my spanner and jack and all of the above. The door was not correctly placed and the steering wheel is not centred. When the panel-beaters called to say they were "closing down" we were forced to pay the excess to get our car back. Dialdirect told us that it is our duty to find the person's real details, they haven't aided in the recovery of my stole items until last week (which is 7 months since the accident and the initial *****ing). In total, I am switching to another Insurance company as fast as I can. Dialdirect were no help.
