No feedback, doesn't even phone back
My son fell with his motorbike at school on Monday the 27th of April after rugby practise, we had rush him off to hospital for staples in his leg and took his damaged motorbike to a friends house close by. I phoned Dial direct on Tuesday to logged a claim with Sandiso, I told her that we still need to get a quote for the damage and that I would cancel the claim if the damage is less that my excess payment of R6300. Honda then collected the bike and send me a quote on Wednesday the 29th and I then emailed this through to her, she then rep**** and said she only got one page, I checked and I did send her both pages, I then phoned again and left her a message, she never phoned me back. On Monday the 4th I phone again and left another message, needless to say she didn't. I then phone in today and she told me that she is not working on the claim anymore and Hendrik or Bruce will phone me back, I complained and wanted to speak to a manager, I had to hold on for an extensive period of time and then decided to hang up! I can not complain about the service as I have not received any service!!!!

As discussed with one of our Customer Relations Specialist, we are in agreement with you, feedback during any claims process is one of the most important aspects of our business and it is clear that we have failed you during the process. This will be addressed on an internal matter.
Please accept a call from our assessor today who will explain and discuss the way going forward.
You are welcome to contact our Customer Relation Specialist should you need any assistance and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this has caused.
