No feedback

I am very saddened to write this report, as I had recently complemented dialdirect on their excellent service on this page. I had met with an accident in April this year, and was told to pay the excess, and the dialdirect legal team would recover the excess from the third party and pay it back to me. I was told to contact the legal team a week after I pick the car up from the repair shop..<br> which I did. Thereafter, I have received no feedback from anybody at the legal team, no telephone call, no email what so ever. I have been calling every month to follow up. It appears that the account has been moved to various clerks, as they came and left, and they could not get hold of the third party insurer. Now, after three months, my account has been handed over to attorneys, to recover the funds...and they are unable to provide me with the attorneys contact number to follow up..so now I just sit twiddling my thumbs waiting for my money, which could be utilised elsewhere...Somebody, please help.
