No contact from DialDirect.

I wrote a review of DialDirect last week. Complaining that they won't contact me and I can't contact them 2 days later I get a 'valued customer, one of our highly trained professionals will contact you soon'... nothing. HelloPeter says 'they have responded'... Nothing. I write another bad review. Nothing. This morning HelloPeter says 'they have responded.' Nothing. I can't even cancel the policy because I can't contact them!
