No cashback bonus

When it came to cashback bonus, I was told that it was reset for another 4 years as I was "enquiring to claim", even though I never claimed. No money was paid out. Nobody ever told me that if I enquire to possibly claim, I will reset my cashback bonus. Utterly dissatisfied!
