No care for its customers
I am still waiting for the money that I paid for access since three months ago, no one has contacted me of how far the process but I keep paying my monthly instalment for an insurance that doesn't care about me.
I am so disappointed with the attorneys of DIAL DIRECT, they don't care about people at all. I mean no one has been in contact with me since.
