Never use Dial direct Car insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dial direct is a **** and their claim consultant Lehlogonolo never gets back to you. Every time you call him his always busy. I never thought I would struggle so much with claiming for my accident claim.

They have not given feedback and the accident happened on the 8th of September 2021. We had to pay for our own costs which we did not budget for. We are definitely leaving this company as it’s not assisting their clients.

They can’t proof my insurance history which they are making it my problem. I have submitted proof from my previous insurance of the cover I had with them. Even today no feedback regarding the Jeep accident.

I’m waiting for the rejection letter so I can escalate this matter and will see how that will go.

Never use them!!!!!!!!!
