NEVER INSURE YOUR VEHICLE WITH DIAL DIRECT THEY ARE HORRIBLE

<p>From receiving my vehicle 3 1/2 months later after my accident. My vehicle front mats are missing. Now I the customer need to query with the towing company to find out about my mats? Im changing my insurance this is unacceptable. They send an untrusting towing company who still customers things. My car is 9 months brand new and yet im having such issues. Useless insurance really!!!</p>
