Never Get Vehicle Insurance cover with Dial Direct
If I had the option to give a negative review I would, I just have to rate a 1 star. I've trying to cancel my policy only to be told the retention department has no one available to assist me with that. I already have vehicle insurance cover elsewhere, and I'm happy with them. I just need you to cancel my policy, please. How can you increase a premium by R 400 during this pandemic and especially considering the value of my car goes down every month.!!!! This is bull ****. Just cancel my policy please.
