Never comes back
I wrote on hellopeter about the awful, pathetic service, they phoned me, said they will investigate and come back to be within 24 hours, it has been a week now.
Dialdirect is completely pathetic!!
DO NOT PHONE ME REGARDING THIS, I JUST WANTED TO MAKE IT PUBLIC.
