Never been so disapointed

<p>Ive been with DD for years, always had the best service ever,have taken to HelloPeter a few times to commend and praise them. So its both sad and infuriating that this experience has now been ruind by incompotent staff members or a non functioning web site or whateveryou are going to blame it on. Isubmitted a claim ages ago,for aleaky roof, and not a single person has bothered tocome to me. Onthe website it says claim rejected, but i have requested information as to why via the website and still, no comunication whatsoever, no phone call, no sms, no email, absolutely nothing!</p>
