I was thinking of cancelling policy due to financial restraints and being a pensioner but he helped me sort everything out and got to a premium that I can still afford for the next year. He phoned me back so I did not use my airtime as well. Explained everything to me. He is a star. Dialdirect is lucky to have someone like him!
