My worst experience with dial direct

To be honest the the company had been good to me till the past two weeks.

I put in a claim accident and when I want a courtesy car now we don't know what happend but the system shows it's removed, and it's not my first time claiming also my app shows i have car hire. I have called 6 times and the responds is will speak to the manager and get back to you.

Maybe the manager is on leave because iam calling almost everyday for the samething.
