my claim never went through
i have been with dial direct car insurance for 4 years, never skipped premiums and comp****. finally when it was my turn to claim on the warranty side, i wad not assisted because they experienced high volume of calls for the whole month. my claim never went through, i never got claim number. just a trash of insurance services.
