My car was on accident

<p>On the 6 September 2016 I was involved in car accident around 16:00 I was come from work one of the car bump my car in the stop sign,this car bump my car didn't stop on the stop sign this guy said he didn't it's a stop sign they is a security saw everything but insurance people said they won't pay me cz there was no witness,firstly I choose comprehensive option they said it's cover everything but they didn't cover those thing.They send me email last year after I phone them,they said i was not wrong they 're waiting for third part to pay,but now when i phone them they said in not going to get anything please help me.</p>
