my accident claim was rejected

hello Peter! my insurance refused to repair my car. I was involved in an accident two weeks ago, they rejected my claim. They said I never disclosed my other address where I sometimes stay. I just moved there a month ago, however, I believe that, that should apply if my car was ****** in the other place. but in this case it is an accident not a theft, the accident took place in Pretoria showground. my family is in Pretoria, at the time I was driving Joburg. My premium is up to date, I never missed a payment with them. I don't understand why they don't want to fix my car, if I have an insurance and covered for accident. They not doing any justice to me, The person who was helping with my claim is Giel Nell. He told me that he is doing this to benefit his company, not put the interest of the clients. Only his company should benefit, then why do we need insurance for?, if we wont be covered in times of ACCIDENTS. The company is bad, they using people to benefit them selves. I just want my car Fixed, nothing else. I don't have the money to fix my car. I received a bad service, moreover, the company is bad. I will never recommend anyone to take Dialdirect for their car insurance.
