Most pathetic insurance company in the country

I took out insurance with Dialdirect last year December. I was informed that my excess is R2300. I submitted a claim in April and all of a sudden my excess is R6300. I enquired about this and was told that additional excesses may apply. I was never informed as to in what events would the additional excesses may apply, and how much they are. I was never advised that they are found on my policy schedule. Then I called in to ask for my policy schedule, instead, I was sent a confirmation of cover…how retarded!!! Anyways, I think that Dialdirect is one of the most pathetic insurance companies in the country, if not in the world and I would not advise anyone to take up cover with them.
