Monthly paybacks a ****
Acknowledge app doesn't work, ignore payback issue.
Over the past few weeksI have logged numerous queries, some multiple times but not even a message with feedback.
The call centre acknowledged that the app is faulty and not tracking properly and even shows us places we were not close to with only 4 out of 60 trips correctly loading.
The contact centre requested us over and over to email screendumps (we did) uninstall and reintall etc etc how many times.
In the interim we missing out on a potential monthly payback of over R400!!! And this has been going on for months now. Whenever we ask about what will be done... crickets chirping...
Their payback option is in my opinion just a ****.
