Monthly cash bayback a lie!!!

The dial direct monthly cash payback is a ****! I have not recieved any payback in 2 months and nobody can give me an answer as to why is this. The email i sent to them about this, there was no ackowladgement about my quiry being recieved until I was the one calling them where I was advised that the lady said it was escalated to the IT department! So, if I did not bother making an enquiry they were just gladly going to sit back and dont bother as long as they are recieving premiums + monthly payback booster fees. Unfortunately till today no one has bothered to come back to me regarding the matter and it’s either I cancel and reverse from my bank what they debited me this month an find another insurer . Dial direct must not lie to people and make promises they can not keep!
