MISLEADING

Own my own i joined their maintainance cover for my toyota yaris of which,after a few month with them i got a call from one of their staff members telling me to join his was the best (SERVICE PLAN) NB my water pump seized working i took it straight to toyota dealers only then that i discovered i was not covered for the service. OK ,i fixed all that on my own,MY car got broken into and the drive lock door damaged i claimed from the insurance i was then told to pay R6000.00 RAND TO FIX THE DOOR ,This is the car i drive to and fro everyday with a broken door ,leaving it on the parking zone unattended trying to raise that money for the door ,This too me is not a service ,why only divulge your hidden (SECRECTS) of which there should be no secrects on an insurance when we need help<br> please let someone convince me why should i be their client if they can not help when in need
