Maxine Carter - excellent and professional service

<p>i recently had to claim from Dial Direct due to an accident. The representative that was assigned to my case was Maxine Carter. I was in a very difficult position as I had fractured my back and was unable to walk. Maxine went out of her way to resolve my claim and even came to my home and assisted me by retrieving do***ents for me. She kept me updated continuously on the progress of my claim and was efficient and professional throughout! She even gave me free advice on my insurance and I would just like to thank this amazing woman for doing such an excellent job! She is one in a million! </p>
