Hi, I'm Zwakele Ngema client of Dialdirect insurance, I am very disappointed with your service, I had an accident last year I think it 26/10/2021 if I'm not mistaken they tore my car at Empangeni Auto Renovators I want my insurance to intervene with this matter because it been 4 months now waiting for spares and they took back the car hire now I'm struggling when I go to work recently I got ****** by ****s, I phoned the claims about this matter to be involved but it's seems they don't care with their clients they care about money only I'm ****ed now.
