Losing everything after clever sales tactics

I had been fully covered previously with absa idirect for accident, 3rd party ,theft ,hail paying R923pm.I was contacted by a sales agent from dial direct in jan who offered me a new insurance specialy designed for cars on finance at a cheap rate.I said let me listen & maybe i could save some money and put myself in a better position to cover all my familys needs. So she tells all the great things about this policy & never discloses that this policy covers everything but not ACCIDENT COVER. I clearly asked this lady that if anything should happen to my car am i covered & she say yes and used all her sales tactics & training to make sure she sells me ******* so then like an idiot take out a policy that puts me in a worst off position GREAT.Today i ask my father in law to use my car to take my child to school because she has no transport & guess what? ACCIDENT my car which is on finance is badly damaged in front and i cannot afford to fix it (will post pics on social media) This sale has left me in tears. I put my trust in you! I would not have taken this if u disclosed. i know i have been *****d over & have to seek advice from the ombudsman & raise bad sales practice on 702
