Looting on vulnerable black people

I have been recently involved in a car accident and I had chosen 3rd Party insurance with the hope that the following will apply should I be involved in an accident as started in the real looter's website "If the comprehensive option isn’t for you, you can still be covered for a wide range of eventualities with our Third-party, Fire and Theft Insurance:

third-party damage theft and hijacking fire damage towing and storage your car’s canopy (provided you have chosen to include this) sound system (provided you have chosen to include this) windscreen (provided you have chosen to include this)".

When I submitted a claim, they told me about their 24 hours Emergency Assist: ***that I should have called. They also IGNORED the fact that I was shocked after the accident and insinuated that I should have done much better as if the accident was planned. When they rejected my claim the mentioned that I had "********ly left the car". When I asked them what exactly does the cover entail and the third party that was involved in the accident, they mentioned that they did not receive any claim and it was like they will cross that bridge when they come to it.

These people are more than looters, they reap "black" people alive. When I told the guy (Chris) who was investigating my claim that I was still shocked, traumatized and that my employer was organizing counselling for me. he was the one who was shocked that after days of the accident I am still emotional unwell. Black people should NEVER be deceived by these pathetic looters, they reap us alive for they know that we like to get money. This Chris guy also told me that I will be refunded as the comprehensive cover was due to commence on the month of the accident, which they have deducted anyway. I did not join them for refund, I joined them for the third party to be covered.
