***** of empty promises

For years ive been with Dial Direct never had a claim, my original policy was from Virgin, i received a leter stating Dial Direct have taken over my policy, so i thought great i also get the benefits as mentioned in the email. this was not the case. a few years later i got better insurance and cancelled my insurance with them, both premiums still got deducted from my account, now its another 7 day's before they will even reverse the amounts taken.
