Dial direct insurance increase my premium without notifying and when I called to enquire about the increase both the consultant told me that I was notified and they all told me different dates, the other one said I was notified on the 9 February and the other said I was notified on 20th of January. And when I my email there is nothing that is talking about the increase. They should have told me way in advance so that I can shop around for better premium.
