Leroy was more knowledgable and helpful to the others I previously spoke to. He gave me the correct info first time, unlike the others that advised me incorrectly and lazily. If Leroy didn’t know the answer I needed off hand, he’d rather ask his superiors and give me the correct responses which is more appreciated
