I was assisted by Lerato from Roadside assistance, she's so sweet. She kept checking up on me and following up on whether the driver had arrived. She really calmed my nerves. As a young woman it's really scary to be stranded alone at night and to have someone be so attentive even from a distance made a difference. Thank you so much Lerato you are a gem
