Left without a phone for nearly a month

I have my phone insured with DialDirect and I have been having the worst experience thus far. I made a claim nearly a month ago because my phone was dropped, damaging the screen and both cameras. I am still waiting for my device to be fixed.
First, there was an issue of excess, which I understood to be zero because I had previously made a claim when my phone was ****** and my policy document stated that subsequent claims were R0. A consultant sent me a ***** looking picture that differed from my policy documents with an amount higher than the initial excess stated for subsequent excess, after back and forth emailing he eventually told me that my excess would be the lesser amount. I got fed up and agreed to pay it because he was not understanding me and I desperately needed my phone repaired.

My phone was then sent to WeFix for assessment and subsequently, repairs.

A while later I was told I would have my device by the next day (19 May) and was asked by the store for the payment of the excess fee which I then made via EFT.

The next day I was told that the replacement touchpad/screen was faulty and my device would only be ready by Monday (22 May). I enquired about whether the payment had gone through and was told that it had, I have not received any communications from that email address since.

That day, I received an email from a consultant saying that WeFix did not have stock of rear cameras and they would be getting one the next day. This had not been an issue the previous week when they were merely waiting on a screen.

I called WeFix this morning because I had received any information from SureSettle or WeFix since the 22nd. WeFix told me that the device was repaired and ready for collection, I went to the store this afternoon and the screen was still not fixed.

Naturally, this is highly upsetting. Due to the nature of my job, I cannot be without a phone for this long. The last time I claimed for my device that was ****** it took over two months to replace, which in itself is ridiculous, I should not have to be waiting this long for a simple repair.
I'm not sure who is to blame here, DialDirect or WeFix.
